Assistant Manager - Indirect Taxation/GST - Big4 - CA (4-6 yrs)

We are hiring for an esteemed client of Innoquest that is (a large brokerage firm operating globally) Looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager candidate

Job Profile :

We are looking for a qualified chartered accountant with minimum 2 years of experience from Big 4 organization Post qualifying CA.

Key Responsibilities :

a) Ensure all GST compliance requirements are met, including timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.

b) Review and prepare GST returns, reconciliations, and other related documentation.

c) Handling the GST assessments, GST audits independently along with internal stakeholder and consultants

d) Independently handling of SEZ and STPI compliances

e) Leading and managing a team of GST professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring their performance.

f) Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, legal, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of GST processes and systems.

g) Providing training and guidance to team members on GST laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

h) Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GST compliance and reporting.

i) Monitoring and analyzing GST-related data and preparing reports for management.
