A prestigious of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider, is seeking VP-HRBP professional to be based in Bangalore.
Role Details:
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with senior executives and business unit leaders, understanding their strategic goals, challenges, and HR needs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic direction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing expert HR guidance and influencing decision-making processes.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and compliance with legal regulations.
- Drive employee engagement efforts, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, and work-life balance.
- Ensure effective communication channels are in place to facilitate transparent and aligned messaging.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture.
- Drive change management efforts, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the HRBP team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Set performance expectations, manage the performance of direct reports, and ensure the team's effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other HR leaders and teams to drive HR initiatives and create a high-performing HR function.
- Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health, understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions. -Interpret complex analyses and tie back to business priorities.
- Oversee and provide expertise in complex employee relations issues for the business in partnership with our Employee Relations and Legal
- Change Management: Support the organization through periods of change, including reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and employee engagement.
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 16+ years of experience in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Analytical mind-set and ability to use HR metrics and data for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology platforms.
