Global HR Business Partner - IT/Telecom (18-25 yrs)

1. Develop and lead execution of the HR strategy, global policies, practices.

2. As the global BHR Leader for the business units, lead the implementation of HR strategies across regions, ensuring adherence to local regulations, standards, and governance protocols. Focus on enhancing productivity by fostering a high-performance culture through effective talent engagement and development initiatives.

3. Experienced in managed services within the ICT, ITES and IT sectors, driving operational efficiency and optimizing talent strategies.

4. Experience across all HR functional areas, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Global Talent Management, and Global Compensation, is essential. A strong understanding of the ICT, Managed Services, and IT sectors, along with business imperatives.

5. Experience in partnering business for growth & geo expansion.

6. Experience in cultural integration through organic and in-organic growth.
