Practice Head - Private Wealth Management - HNI/UHNI - Trading Firm (8-12 yrs)

One of our Indian Trading firms introducing a premium advisory platform designed to meet the unique needs of UHNI's and Family office, (PMS, Equity Portfolios, AIFs, a suite of third-party products).

An exciting senior leadership role to become part of the founding team and growth plan for the firm.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee existing portfolios and onboard new HNI/UHNI clients.

- Business Development: Identify, prospect, and engage with HNI/UHNI clients and Family Offices, driving sales across PMS, AIF, MF, equity, and alternative investments.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to enhance client relationships and grow wallet share.

- Client Advisory: Utilize financial expertise to align client needs with investment goals, ensuring superior service and client satisfaction.

- Compliance: Adhere to KYC, SEBI rules, regulations, and industry legislation while maintaining detailed customer profiles.

- Research Utilization: Leverage robust research capabilities to identify opportunities for clients and enhance advisory solutions.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of entrepreneurial Wealth Advisors, participate in product committee discussions, and explore business growth channels like B2B referrals.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 8 years private banking experience across leading Private Banks, AMCs & other wealth platforms.

- Ability to manage relationships, wealth advisory & increase the investment book for new & existing Clients.

- Aptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skills. Decision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.

- Experience of Team Handling and performance appraisals is a key requirement.
