Experience on either of one domain ( BFSI/ eCommerce/service desk management/CRM) is preferred.

Total Experience: 12-20 years

Base Location: Ambit Software Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of CRM project activities.
• Provides oversight of program implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, execution of project plans, and project performance.
• Oversees the selection and training of qualified team members, assigning clear roles and responsibilities, providing effective supervision, and managing performance to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensures the project produces the specified results and to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
• Drive customer outcomes, product adoption and customer experience
• Lead the technical assessment as part of the pre-sales process.
• Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Advanced degree (minimum, Masters degree) in a relevant field from an accredited university with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing CRM projects.
• Experience managing, designing, implementing, and supporting local and global rollouts.
• Technical expertise and program management skills.
• Strong preference for candidates with Salesforce / Dynamics CRM / SugarCRM expertise/experience will get preferred.
• Demonstrated management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to write technical reports and program documents and deliver presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to communicate cross-culturally.
• Ability to travel overseas independently up to 40% and/or work off-hours for US/European projects.
