Responsibilities:

• Assist in validating and fulfilling client requirements.
• Perform basic testing and support deployment tasks.
• Provide client support via email, phone, and remote assistance.
• Help manage incidents and maintain records of resolutions.
• Assist in preparing client training materials and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a Functional support role.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, MySQL, and networking. Eagerness to learn.
• CRM system knowledge will be a plus.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Other Requirement:

• Open to working in rotational shifts if required.
