Manager - QSR (Quick Service Restaurants - Tea Terminals

Role & responsibilities

The QSR Manager will oversee the daily operations of 'Society Tea Terminal' kiosks (95 plus), ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality customer experiences, and adherence to company standards. This role involves staff management, inventory control, financial oversight, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Operational Management:
• Supervise daily kiosk operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across all locations.
• Monitor product quality and presentation to align with brand standards.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor kiosk staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor costs effectively.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
• Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee daily financial transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation.
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Prepare and manage budgets, controlling costs to achieve financial targets.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all kiosks comply with local health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing quick service restaurants or similar food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Solid understanding of financial principles related to food service operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in launching new outlets or kiosks.
• Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Mumbai.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene practices.
