Quick Commerce Manager - FMCG Industry - Gurgaon - 4+ years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Modern Trade / Quick Commerce Manager to drive growth and market presence for our food products in the North Region. This role will focus on managing quick commerce channels (online platforms, delivery apps) and modern trade relationships, ensuring seamless execution and maximized sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations within the FMCG/Food industry, with proven expertise in managing both online and offline trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for quick commerce and modern trade in the North Region to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade customers, ensuring optimal product distribution and visibility.
• Oversee and optimize quick commerce platforms, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales performance.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve regional targets.
• Manage promotional activities, trade spends, and other marketing initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from any stream. MBA Degree is preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in sales/operations within the FMCG/Food industry, with a focus on modern trade and quick commerce.
• Proven track record in managing both online and offline trade channels in the North Region.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
• In-depth understanding of the regional market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
