Designation: Operations Manager

Process: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Employment Mode: Full-time

Work location: Pune (WFO only)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the medical billing process, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to address issues related to patient care and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate and secure patient data records.
• Evaluate performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improving operational efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical billing department, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must be a graduate.
• 9-13 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, with in-depth expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Strong proficiency in medical billing, denial management, payment posting, and HIPAA compliance.
• Proven success in enhancing operational efficiency through process optimisation.
• Demonstrates excellent people management skills.
• Willing to work from an office in the US shift timezone

Skills:

• Expert-level knowledge of medical billing software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare billing codes, payer policies, and RCM best practices.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Timings:

• Fixed US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
• Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
• Work from Office
