RCM - Quality Manager

Qualifications / Eligibility :

• Graduate in any discipline
• US Healthcare background with Experience into Revenue Cycle Management preferred with expertise in at least two functions (AR, Eligibility and Benefits Verification, Authorization, Payment Postings, Billing)
• Trained / Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
• Minimum 2 years in the team management role
• Working knowledge of 7 QC tools and FMEA / Risk assessment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 15-18 Quality Experts
• Enable business to deliver high quality and faster outcomes and maintain the quality SLAs
• Adhere to quality framework and ensure timely completion of audits, reports and analysis
• Identify and lead Lead Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects
• Drive Ideation to invite potential ideas for improvement
• Help team achieve core deliverables (PKTs, Audits, Team Meetings, etc)
• Drive internal and client calibrations
• Manitan and present / discuss process and business performance dashboard with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to senior management
• Perform end to end business diagnostic analysis to dissect to identify potential risks, gaps and areas of improvement
• Work with cross functions (Operation, Training and others) to make action plans and drive the same to achieve better results
• Plan and coordinate for resource planning and QA framework execution
• Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance
