We are seeking dynamic professionals for Senior Manager RCM, GM/DGM RCM, and Director RCM roles in our US Healthcare Medical Billing division. The ideal candidates will drive end-to-end RCM operations, ensure seamless client engagement, and lead high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement & Transition Management

• Act as the primary account manager for onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth integration until full transition to operations.
• Engage with clients throughout the transition process, offering proactive communication and support.
• Prepare and present detailed weekly client reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Share weekly process decks to update clients on progress and key developments.
• Conduct bi-weekly stakeholder meetings to discuss enhancements, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships, including US-based stakeholders.

2. Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead teams ranging from 50+ associates for Senior Manager RCM to 250+ for Director RCM, including Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Oversee end-to-end RCM functions, including Patient Scheduling, Charge Capture, Demo & Charge Entry, Claim Submission, EDI Rejections, Payment Posting, Denial & AR Management, Patient Calling, Credentialing, etc.
• Monitor production and quality metrics to ensure compliance with CSL and ESL standards.
• Drive process efficiency through continuous performance tracking and quality control measures.

3. Strategic & Analytical Expertise

• Utilize root cause analysis to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Generate reports and conduct data analysis for process improvement and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with US-based offices and internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and exceed client SLAs.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Client Management

• Maintain exceptional communication skills to interact with US-based clients, including senior executives and stakeholders.
• Be culturally aware and skilled in relationship management across diverse client backgrounds.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in RCM operations within US Healthcare Medical Billing.
• Leadership experience at a Senior Manager / GM/DGM / Director level, with expertise in handling large teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
