Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Manager/Senior Manager in our US Healthcare Medical Billing Service division. The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in the US Healthcare industry, specifically in Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Operational Management. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction while reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end Medical Billing process, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce claim denials.
• Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and client-specific requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors, team leads, and billing professionals to achieve performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage a team of 50-100 employees initially.
• Oversee operations, transition, and quality management.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective client management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to align team goals with organizational objectives.
• Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15 to 20 years of proven experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in medical billing software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience in working with offshore delivery models.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
