Assistant Manager System Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Oversee domain control systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Handle database management tasks such as backups, performance monitoring, and security.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's networking infrastructure for seamless connectivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows-based machines across the organization.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to protect IT infrastructure from threats.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT requirements for the US Healthcare domain.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in system administration or a similar role.
• Expertise in server maintenance, domain control, and database management.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware.
• Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and related tools.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure in the US Healthcare domain is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
