System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide Level-1 support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist users with installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Manage OS (Windows/Linux) installations, software licensing, and updates.
• Domain & Network Administration: Manage domain controllers, group policies, shared folders, and network security. Configure routers, switches, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues.
• Security & Compliance: Implement antivirus solutions, patch management, data encryption, and DLP policies. Educate users on security best practices.
• Backup & Asset Management: Manage backup tools, implement full/incremental backup procedures, and track IT assets efficiently.
• Documentation & Ticketing: Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and knowledge base. Use ticketing tools for issue tracking and resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience managing 200+ systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controller, Networking, Patch Management, Asset Management, Antivirus, Digital Signatures, and Encryption.
