Key skills for the job
The primary responsibility of this position is to lead successful new business onboarding implementations, communication campaigns, meeting timelines and Business Process Analytics requirements. Manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans and communicates status to Business Owners, Senior Management and Customers as needed. Ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements is another responsibility.
Job Description:
To handle end to end transition / ramp up of new and existing accounts and manages the project scope and schedule
Documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions for all ongoing business and transitioning the project to the Operations team
To formulate, design, construct proposal, present transition solution internally/externally, and construct transition implementation plan for new client proposals
To be the single point of contact with the client, the implementation team and senior management to provide 360 degrees view of transition management
Prepares internal risk management procedures, change management procedures, and quality management procedures
Your day to day role will include:
Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate new customers, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with customers about concerns.
Teamwork: Work closely with Functional Partner Team to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying customer needs and follow-up activities.
Responsible for providing Business Owners and/or Functional Partner with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, follow-up memo's, etc.
Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the Business Owners and/or Functional Partner. Assist team in updating all implementation deliverables as required with new Shared Services rollouts.
Create new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements.
Responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations.
You Need to have:
A self-starters attitude, ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced dynamic environment
Strong initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with Functional Partner
Excellent communication and customer management skills in order to maintain positive customer relations
Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, tasks, expectations simultaneously.
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, customer responsiveness, and thorough communication.
Shift Timing: US Shift 18:00 PM to 03:AM am 5 days working
Essential Hands on experience in the end to end US RCM Industry
