Job Description

Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. You will be the first point of contact for a new potential client when they are seeking information on the services the company provides. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Job Description

  • Perform sales and lead generation activities through various channels to increase client base
  • Conduct research and surveys to identify right business opportunities and exact customer needs
  • Create and implement LinkedIn lead generation strategies
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Boost our brands visibility and engagement on LinkedIn
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
  • Converting the right business opportunity/lead to an appointment for the client from US healthcare industry
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs


You Have:

  • A self-starters attitude, who is able to work and deliver results in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Strong initiative to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with Functional Partner
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills in order to maintain positive customer relations
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, tasks, expectations simultaneously.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, customer responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn organic lead generation
  • Knowledge of healthcare/medical billing is a plus
  • Results-focused and data-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time

Week Off: Fixed Sat and Sun

Shift Timing: USA Shift; 5 days working


Job Location: Metropole Building, Next to INOX Bund Garden Road, Pune 411001.
