Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team in the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition department. If you have a passion for finding top talent and are eager to grow your career in HR, this is a great opportunity for you!

As part of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Writing and Posting Job Descriptions: Crafting clear, engaging job postings and sharing them on relevant platforms, including social media.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing multiple recruiting channels to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Implementing innovative strategies to find the best talent and support the company's growth.

Screening Resumes and CVs: Reviewing applications and screening candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.

Managing the Hiring Process: Guiding candidates through the recruitment process from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation.

Database Management: Maintaining and updating records of candidates, including active and passive prospects, as well as the status of candidates throughout the hiring process.

Coaching Junior Staff: Providing guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters, helping them enhance their skills and meet team goals.

Requirements:

Freshers with a passion for Human Resources and recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of recruitment strategies and platforms (training will be provided).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
