Job Description:

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex product development initiatives, combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for product-based initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets
• Drive Agile methodology implementation, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Generate and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in product development
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and its frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
• Track record of successful delivery in product-based projects
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Python programming and framework expertise
• Software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Version control systems (Git)
• Database management
• API integration experience
• CI/CD pipelines understanding
