Decimal Technologies - Technical Lead - Python (5-7 yrs)

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical lead , your key responsibilities will include :

- Analyze the business problem and provide the best achievable solution possible.

- Embed the culture of tech evangelism in the organization

- Research new technologies available in the market and work on POC proving the usage.

- Should be technology agnostic and focus on best solution possible in a given situation

- Own the delivery of the concept solution

- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.

- Be as a thought leader for technical business processes and convert these to the technical goals for the delivery team.

- Maximize company efficiencies by reducing cost and increasing revenue.

- Communicate with team members on a regular basis to determine the status of various projects and potential roadblocks that will need to be resolved.

- Communicate with key stakeholders on project progress and ensuring that the project aligns with the changing priorities and requirements.

The Skills you'll need :

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Python development, with a focus on architecture and solution design.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful services, and distributed systems.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.

- Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns and security protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good to have skills :

- Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up issues.

- Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution.

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.

- Hands on experience using tools like Trello, Gitlab, Zoom
