Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an inside sales or sales process executive to ensure smooth functioning of Vahana
sales process for India BFSI domain and ensuring no key actions are missed from execution.
1. Manage company and contact details of all prospects in sales process. Gather details
from internet, LinkedIn or Decimal teams.
2. Ensure recording and tracking of all tasks, follow ups and notes in Hubspot. Be the
custodian of data cleanliness in Hubspot.
3. Use sales navigator or other available contact data bases to identify and map right contacts
for an organization
4. Create MIS and reporting of sales process on a weekly basis. Identify accounts going from
warm to cold and identify relevant actions to be taken for them.
5. Follow up with senior internal and external stakeholders and set up key
meetings.
6. Assisting sales teams in various report creation needed by management from time to time
Preferred Skills and Experience
1. Knowledge of sales process in an IT services or technology product firm and
understanding of various stages of sales process.
2. Knowledge of key concepts of sales process such as opportunities, leads, contacts,
companies, pipelines stages, closure probabilities etc.
3. Proficient in excel from data grouping and data management point of view with ability
to create charts and dashboards
4. Hands on experience on either HubSpot or Salesforce
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Multitasking
7. BFSI knowledge can be an add on (but not mandatory)
