Technical Project Lead

Job Description:

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Lead to drive technical direction, mentor team members, and successfully deliver complex software products while maintaining high code quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams while actively contributing to code development
• Design and architect scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements
• Review code, participate in technical discussions, and make critical architectural decisions
• Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure efficient delivery of project milestones
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and architectural challenges
• Implement and maintain development standards, tools, and processes
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of technical team leadership experience
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with modern software development practices and tools
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and best practices

Technical Skills:

• Strong coding abilities and system design expertise
• Django, Flask, Fastapi, Pydantic
• Experience with modern frameworks and technologies
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Database design and optimization
• API development and integration
• Performance tuning and optimization
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Required Competencies:

• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development
• Excellence in code review and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in breaking down complex technical problems
• Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions

1) Only applicants who have scored 60% or higher in their SSC, HSC and Graduation are eligible to apply.
