- Balance Confirmation quarterly
- Payment reminder against commitment 4% CD billing payment follow up
- Stuck payment follow up
- GST Return
- Customer Clearing daily basis.
- IRN in SAP v/s Portal reco - daily basis
- Special price approval - approved qty v/s lifting quantity monitor both side
- Scheme related letter directly mail to Customer approved from HO
- MIS
- Customer balance analysis and follow up beyond 120 days.
- TOD/Scheme CN issuing
- Replacement CN issuing
- TDS/TCS
- P.TAX payment/return/clearing
