If you are a family man then don't join here, because the management person always think that they hire animals not human. In every holiday they have excuse to force to work the employees specially in Kolkata, because they really hate Bengalis, they only give priority to Marwaris. If you are a family oriented person do not ever join this company. There is no work life balance. Uneducated management, They do not know how to treat employees. Treatment of employees are like servants. Head HR shouts & humiliates team members like bondslaves . Head HR do not know anything about HR & culture.
