Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for providing monthly financial MIS including Accounts Receivable Inventory and Accounts Payable Report
• Provide monthly and year-to-date opex & overhead Variance
• Coordinate for timely monthly closing
• Preparation of Monthly Foreign Currency exposure.
• Preparation of Quarterly & Annual Financials Accounts of Branches & Audit
• Ensure Income Tax compliances like TDS timely deduction, monthly payment, etc within statutory due date, quarterly returns and issuance of TDS certificates
• Reconciliation of various accounts heads on monthly basis to ensure quality accounts
• Preparation of monthly & Project Cash Flows
• Compliance of Commercial policies and procedure for internal audit review
• Coordination with Project team for various accounting issues and Inter-unit reconciliation
• Development of BI reports.
• Working Knowledge of SAP FICO & MM Modules and development of report-Must- Kindly don't apply if you don,t have SAP experience

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates only who have full time graduation. (Finance field)

Notice period-Immediate joiners (highly preferred) to 30 days

Location-Mumbai ( Tardeo )
