Role & Responsibilities: -

• Coordination with plant for dispatch of Finish Goods on time.
• Weekly reminder payment follow-up to all customers.
• Open Purchase order's need to be closed every month.
• Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to the customers.
• Supporting the field sales team.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
• Timely uploading of invoices on the client portal.
• Download the production report and sales report at the end of the month and share them with the team.
• Sharing forecast with the plant team every month.

Technical Skills :-

• Good verbal & written communication.
• Software Experience - Microsoft, outlook, SAP
