Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Ensure accurate order tracking and reporting for efficient inventory management.
  
• Manage customer orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, payment follow-up, and credit management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial roles such as Order Management, Customer Support, Payment Follow-up, Order Fulfillment, Order Processing, Credit Management.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
