Job Summary

The Inside Sales (Order Processing Engineer) serves as a critical link between customers and the company's operations. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales, production, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate is both customer-focused and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex order workflows while supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing:
• Accurately process customer orders using SAP system.
• Validate order specifications, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status and provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries.
• Resolve issues related to pricing, availability, and delivery timelines promptly and professionally.
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Understand product specifications and production processes to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to address technical order requirements.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activities in the SAP system.
• Generate reports on order trends, sales performance, and customer feedback.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and address inefficiencies in order processing workflows.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in any Engineering field
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, order management, or a related role.
• Familiarity with SAP system.
