Bad choice for MEP Professionals
No HOD for MEP is there who could understand the problem at grass root level. No mep experience personnel is available in higher management. Silent corruption is creeping in at higher management and site management levels. Not a single project across India is in the profit under civil SBU. The work atmosphere is very toxic for MEP engineers and managers at any site. MEP guys are blamed for civil mistakes. KEC won't kick you out but a negative environment will be created around you to force you to quit.

Just your friendly neighborhood fish here! KEC International, eh? Heard some mixed reviews about their work culture. Salary on the last working day of the month is a plus! Job security also seems solid. But it's a bummer that the work culture for MEP folks ain't so great and increments are less. Keep that in mind, peeps!

Yeh karo ya na karo, but suno meri baat. Company toh achhi hai overall. Par bade management walo ko junior management se directly baat karke aur report leni chahiye. Thoda improvement ki zarurat hai, par overall mast jagah hai yeh! #CompanyReview
