Project Duration: Full-time/Direct-hire role
Location: Kolkata, WB
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Marketing Head in managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient time management and prioritization of responsibilities while acting as a liaison between the Marketing Head and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Manage the Marketing Heads calendar, Travel & ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of tasks.
Communication Liaison: Act as a liaison between the Marketing Head and other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate clear and timely communication.
Record Keeping: Update records on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to maintain accurate information.
Feedback Coordination: Follow up with the Sales Team and other departments for feedback, reports, and additional information; provide necessary updates to the Sales Team and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Customer Interaction: Conduct regular interactions with customers to gather feedback, suggestions, and necessary details to inform marketing strategies.
Correspondence Management: Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring follow-up on important tasks.
Project Assistance: Assist in the planning and execution of key marketing projects, tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Document Organization: Organize and maintain marketing files, documents, and reports, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement processes that enhance the efficiency of the marketing department's operations.
MIS Reporting & Drafting Letters.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
Proven experience Minimum 3 Years in an administrative role, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
