Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Job Overview:

The Administrative Executive will serve as the assistant to the CEO, providing seamless support for professional administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and organize the CEOs calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and event registrations.
• Schedule meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics (venues, invitations, materials) are in place. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
• Prepare accurate presentations, reports, and materials for meetings, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
• Act as a point of contact between HODs, clients, and vendors, managing inquiries and maintaining professional relationships.
• Prioritize and manage task across departments, ensuring timely completion and closure while bridging gaps between HOD's.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, documents, and correspondence.
• Assist in research, report generation, and other tasks to support leadership in operations and decision-making.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
