Job Description:

Senior ERP Analyst is responsible for ongoing and enhanced use of Oracle EBS R12 Financials (PO, AP, FA, PA, AR, Adv. Collections, GL), supports application interfaces as well as serves as a functional expert and liaison between application users and ERP Development resources. This role partners with Finance and Accounting leaders and users to support EBS Financials focusing on system configuration, optimizations, and production support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day Oracle EBS systems maintenance and support, including troubleshooting, researching, testing, recommending solutions, and resolving issues.
• Responsible for leading all aspects of project or enhancement requests, including discovery, design, analysis, user acceptance testing, end user training and post production support.
• Work closely with business owners and users from Finance and Accounting to gather requirements, create requirements documents/specifications and collaborate with ERP Development to deliver solutions which align to user’s requests.
• Establish test cases and support user acceptance testing for system changes, enhancements, or new configurations.
• Assist Finance and Accounting teams with ad hoc inquiries and requests and support the monthly subledger and ledger close process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or finance or accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, with functional application/system knowledge in core financial modules.
• Team player, self-motivated, detailed, and deadline oriented.
• Ability to balance multiple competing initiatives and prioritize, ensuring deliverables are met in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
