Role Responsibilities and Scope

This position is expected to work with the business analysts and business users to develop, maintain, support the Oracle HCM Cloud/ Fusion , EBS R12 applications with a focus on ORC, HR and Payroll modules.

The person in this role may assist with the build, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the HCM Cloud/Fusion and EBS applications.

Technical solutions will be built within the Oracle framework utilizing Oracle tools such as HCM Data Loader, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Fast formulas, BI Analytics- BI Publisher and OTBI, Oracle PL/SQL and others.

Responsibilities

.

• Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping.
• Work with Team leads and IT counterparts to systematically analyze, support, and maintain ERP data and resolve any production issues.
• Collaborate with Oracle Support to provide solutions as functional and technical bugs are encountered.
• Technical Tasks include BI Publisher Reports/Integrations, Approval Workflows, Fast Formulas, Data Conversions and HCM Extracts
• Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause and provide technical solutions.
• Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.
• Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation, or user guides.
• Follow established SDLC/Agile process for code development through code release and support.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications, experience in HCM cloud Applications and Database.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle (SQL & PL/SQL).
• Must have Worked on Navigating to HCM Cloud applications and Identifying the Data Entities, Table Structures of Fusion HCM.
• Knowledge and experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, Fast formulas, BI Analytics- BI Publisher and OTBI and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong Experience in Developing Interfaces/Integrations/Reports - Between the internal systems or Third parties.
• Experience in support and maintenance for Oracle’s HCM cloud/e-Business Suite modules like ORC,HR and Payroll
• Demonstrated experience and skill in designing, testing, and implementing IT business solutions.

Preferred (Optimal Candidate):

• Experience in Oracle EBS R12 is preferred
• Experience with Java programming and OA Framework
• Experience with ORC ( Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
• Experience in Working on Python and REST API’s

Education

• A bachelor's degree information technology/computer sciences.
