Sr. HR Executive (Ops & Recruitment)- Evening Shift.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and onboarding top talent for outbound and inbound roles in the North American market. This role will also involve talent development and supporting HR operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles, with a focus on international BPO/voice/outbound positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases, particularly for North American markets.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize niche platforms to attract and hire top talent.
• Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience.
• Conduct offer negotiations, prepare appointment letters, and manage reference checks.
• Track hiring trends, implement best practices, and maintain comprehensive documentation and recruitment reports.

Office & Work Details:

• Location: Workie
• Work Timing: 5:45pm-2am.
• Transportation: Provided. Travel reimbursement available for personal commuting.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, preferably for international BPO/voice/outbound roles. Experience in other relevant domains will be an advantage.
• Education: Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
