Role: Senior HR Executive/HR Executive
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Flexible with Location
Salary: INR 4 Lakhs to INR 5.5 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, including hiring from premium institutions like IITs and NITs.
  
• Supporting office administration and day-to-day HR operations.
  
• IT recruitment and talent acquisition for technical roles.
  
• Handling startup environments with agility and adaptability.
  
• Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Designing videos for marketing and promotion on Linkedin is a preferred skill

Eligibility:

• MBA or B.Tech graduates.
  
• Exposure to startup cultures and environments is a plus.
