Sr.HR Associates(Evening Shift)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic roles, focusing on sourcing and onboarding top talent. This role will also involve talent development and supporting HR operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT roles, with a focus on domestic positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases, particularly for domestic markets.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize niche platforms to attract and hire top talent.
• Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience.
• Conduct offer negotiations, prepare appointment letters, and manage reference checks.
• Track hiring trends, implement best practices, and maintain comprehensive documentation and recruitment reports.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, preferably for domestic roles. Experience in other relevant domains will be an advantage.
• Education: Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency with ATS tools and MS Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
