Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager with over 4 years of experience, whose primary focus (80%) will be on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, complemented by 20% generalist HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while also managing day-to-day HR operations to support a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment (80% Focus):
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across various departments.
    • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing channels.
    • Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a professional and efficient process.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
    • Ensure adherence to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.
  • Generalist HR Responsibilities (20% Focus):
    • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Update and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development efforts.
    • Assist in implementing retention strategies and managing performance appraisal processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment, particularly in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
