Hr Assistant

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain HR records, including employee data, payroll details, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and handling compliance-related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure data security.
• Support HR managers in day-to-day tasks and contribute to an efficient HR department.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (Freshers with relevant internships can apply).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
