HR Officer (Recruitment & Talent Acquisition)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, with a focus on Automobile industry.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize niche platforms to attract and hire top talent.
• Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience.
• Conduct offer negotiations, prepare appointment letters, and manage reference checks.
• Track hiring trends, implement best practices, and maintain comprehensive documentation and recruitment reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2-5 years in recruitment, preferably for sales roles.
• Experience in other relevant domains will be an advantage.
• Education: Postgraduate degree in HR or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
