We are currently seeking dynamic Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our team and contribute to our continued growth


Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager for the Indian Market, your primary responsibility will be identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the real estate, chemical, and manufacturing industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of these diverse sectors while supporting both domestic and international growth. You will develop strategic sales approaches, nurture client relationships, and build strong networks, while continuously improving your industry knowledge through collaboration with experts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and Closure: Assess prospect challenges and offer industry-leading CRM solutions to bridge gaps and close deals.

  • Oversee Prospects: Beyond the Indian market, be prepared to target international prospects.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Opportunity Hunting: Explore opportunities from large manufacturers to SMEs in growing markets.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Compelling Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Negotiate and close deals beneficial to all parties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborative Support: Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver outstanding after-sales support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote Paramantra.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills; fluency in native English, French, or German is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, with B2B and international sales experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings within cities and across states.
