Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic GM Business Development International to help us expand our clientele in Middle East region. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Complete Sales establishment in various market like Middle East, Africa, SAARC
- Building up team, their KRA s and sales plan
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Identify prospective clients
- Review the market environment, and take course corrective measures promptly
- Convert the opportunities into sales and develop strong relations with customers
- Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up-selling activities.
Desired Skills
- Proven work experience as a GM of Sales or similar role and local resident
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
- Strong working knowledge of the company s products, competitive products and the market
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- A Master s degree in a business-related field is preferred
MBA International Business, Any Master s degree in a business-related field
