Business Head

• Job summary: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Unit Lead to lead the success of a particular business unit (GPL Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) He will oversee developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency to achieve units’ goals. BH will be solely responsible for overall performance of the unit be it P&L, Sales, Operations, customer delivery quality and business development of the unit. He will oversee the team, set their business goals, delegate tasks to them, monitor their performance and guide them in need of hour.

• Reports to: VP- Sales & Operations.

• Education Qualification: MBA in marketing.

• Experience: 20 to 25 years.

• Location: Noida

• Budget: As per industry norm.

Key Responsibility:

• Developing a strategic plan for the business unit to support company goals.
• Leading a team of employees and overseeing their work performance to ensure business goals are met.
• Developing marketing strategies for products or services that consider customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
• Determining pricing strategies for new products or services based on costs of production, research and development expenses, and profit margins.
• Managing budgets, financial activities, and cash flow for the business unit
• Overseeing operations and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
• Ensuring that all legal requirements are met, including labor laws, environmental regulations, and other rules and regulations.
• Working with senior management to develop organizational goals and objectives.
• Reviewing reports on business performance and making recommendations for improvement
• Coordination with channel partner on enquiries and ensure service delivery on time.
• Taking care of the EBITA of the unit.

Skills Required:

• Proven track record of leading a business unit.
• Shall have very good understanding & connection in HVAC/MEP/AHU segment.
• Good exposure of, Real Estate, Automobile, Pharma & warehousing industry.
• Shall be an effective collaborator and excellent in building rapport with colleagues & Partner.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• You should have the ability to analyze information and evaluate results to make the best decision.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Excellent motivational skills to lead the team in distressed time.
• Possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the unit.
• Should have the ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently.
