Human Resource Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in payroll management, policies, factory compliances, and legal frameworks related to manufacturing units. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring skilled workmen, handling POSH cases, legal matters, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Compliance:
   
• Ensure compliance with Factory Act, labor laws, and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance for ESI, PF, and other labor laws.
• Handle POSH-related cases and awareness programs.
2. Payroll & Compensation Management:
   
• Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and tax deductions.
• Ensure timely disbursement and compliance with statutory deductions.
3. Recruitment & Workforce Management:
   
• Hire skilled workmen and technical staff for the manufacturing unit.
• Manage contract labor, their documentation, and legal requirements.
4. Policy & Employee Relations:
   
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution.
5. Legal & Compliance:
   
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, industrial relations policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage legal documentation and liaise with government bodies when required.
6. ERP & HR Technology:
   
• Preferred experience in HR ERP systems for automation of HR processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management through ERP.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing unit.
• Strong knowledge of Factory Act, labor laws, payroll, compliance, and POSH.
• Experience in hiring and managing skilled workmen.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems for HR operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal aspects related to labor compliance and industry regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or PG Diploma in HR / Industrial Relations.
• Experience working in a factory setup with blue-collar workforce hiring and management.
