Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing & Documentation
   
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS) and company policies.
• Maintain records of invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts.
2. Purchase Orders (PO) & Work Orders (WO)
   
• Create and manage purchase orders (PO) and work orders (WO) as per company requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and deliveries.
• Track and update PO/WO status, ensuring alignment with budget and project timelines.
3. Purchase & Vendor Management
   
• Handle vendor negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract management.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Monitor purchase requisitions and approvals to optimize procurement efficiency.
4. ERP Implementation & Management
   
• Assist in the implementation and customization of ERP systems for operational efficiency.
• Train internal teams on ERP usage and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
5. Operational Coordination
   
• Work closely with finance, logistics, and production teams to streamline operations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards for operational tracking.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and compliance guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✅ 2-5 years of experience in operations, invoicing, and procurement.
✅ Strong knowledge of PO, WO, purchase processes, and vendor management.
✅ Experience with ERP implementation and working on digital platforms.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting tools (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
✅ Understanding of tax regulations (GST, TDS) and financial documentation.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
💼 Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or trading industries is a plus.
