Purchase Coordinator ( Preferred female Candidate)

Profile:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of tally
• good knowledge of ISO
• English level, - Is very particular and making no mistake
• Sensitive to commercial aspects (Client & Supplier)
• Capable make arrange good inter department meetings
• Good team-player, Time flexible and efficient, Stress resistant
• Takes good initiatives and displays a pro-active attitude (Result oriented)
• 2-Wheeler Required with valid driving license.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be the inter department link (admin, quality, sales…)
• Handle any purchase admin tasks
• Prepare the PO
• Request to add in PIL doc
• Request pdf to Admin and send DN to suppliers
• Check incoming invoices
• Show the to pay invoices to Purchase director for final payment date approval
• Ensure the Suppliers payments on time (considering exiting procedures)
• Update the documentations & procedures related to Purchase
• Forward any new Norm to Quality Dept
• Prepare RFM OB
• Prepare SH Feedback
• Fill the PPD
• Draft the RFD / EAC under VD guidance
• Draft the CARS under VD or Purchase guidance
• Make the entries in ERP
• Make the entries in stock doc
• Collect information and fill the Running Supplier Details doc
• Update the RFQ Client doc
• Work on RFM
• Draft the procedures for the Purchase, Logistic and Inspection Depts
• Fill indicator boards
• Draft the MOM under Purchase guidance
• Responsible for the 5S in Purchase area
• Check PO Follow up is updated before Wednesday 11 AM
• Take follow-up for the Domestic sales payment receipt from the GSK team.
• Collect any postdated cheque from Supplier
• Inform Suppliers about payment date until the INC No. is created
• Get Purchase Director approval and manage with Admin Dept in case of urgent payment required
• Coordination with QC dept for PPAP documentation, EA, PO sheet updates.
• Coordination with logistic supplier.
