Accountant ( Urgently Required - only Male candidates)

Job Description:

Profile:

- Qualification : B.Com/ M.Com

- Experience: 6 to 8 years

- Perfect English & excellent communication skills.

- Perfect capabilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

- Minimum 5-6 years of Experience in using Tally ERP 9

- Self-efficient and proactive

- Must have Experience to deal with Government Authorities

- Having experience of Import Export documentation

General Administration:

- Cross check the payments for vendors/suppliers.

- Maintain the juridical folder

- Solve supplier admin queries

Accountings:

- Coordination with CA/CS.

- Typing under tally ERP 9.

- Check the bank statements reconciliation.

- Pay taxes on time.

- Prepare accounting Report monthly SH Profitability , Trial Balance Analysis and all Indicator
Boards.

- Banking activities BG, OD, BRC related.

- Slove supplier quires

- Monitor bank charges

- Prepare supporting documents for GST audits, Attend the hearing with authority letter, and co
ordinate with Tax consultant.

- Get doc 15Ca and 15Cb from CA.

- Update yearly CA fee analysis excel.

- GST all monthly returns to filling on time.

Export / Import administration

- Preparation of all the documentations: export invoice, P/L, commercial Invocie, GSP, BLG , etc

- Liaisoning with external authorities viz. banks, Export Promotion councils, transporter,
Consultant etc.

- Maintaining the records/Files.

- Preparation of Insurance for export, E way bill etc.

- Update: Export Doc process and summary.

- Update: DBK , IGST refund details.

HR administration:

- Prepare the payrolls, Pay PF, ESIC and Gratuity etc.

- Prepare the online Net payments

- Make weekly Meeting.

- Bill payments (Rent, Electricity, Phone, internet, Housekeeping & another vendor.

- well aware of 5S & Kaizen.
