ONLY MALE CANDIDATE

• Processing and Monitoring Payments:
• Verifying, posting, and recording receipts to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
• Monitoring customer accounts and incoming payments.
• Tracking payments and identifying any discrepancies or issues.
• Invoicing and Billing:
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent on time.
• Account Reconciliation:
• Performing account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Resolving any discrepancies or variances in customer accounts.
• Customer Communication:
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices or payments.
• Handling customer complaints or issues related to accounts receivable.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Preparing reports related to accounts receivable activity.
• Collection Efforts:
• Initiating collection actions for overdue accounts.
• Working with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Other Duties:
• Assisting with month-end closing activities.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working with other departments to resolve billing issues.
