Assistant Manager - Soft Skill

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage soft skill training programs for clients across various industries, including banking, BPO, insurance, and retail.
  
• Design and deliver behavioral training modules to enhance customer service skills of employees.
  
• Develop leadership development programs to improve team management and communication among team members.
  
• Conduct corporate training sessions on effective communication, conflict resolution, and time management.
  
• Oversee the entire process from program design to delivery and evaluation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in soft skills training or a related field (behavioral training, corporate training).
  
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., L&D).
  
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to engage audiences effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required.
