Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant with 0-1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment who can join us immediately. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for sourcing top tech talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding them successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
🔹 Sourcing & Screening – Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify top IT talent.
🔹 Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.
🔹 Candidate Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
🔹 Job Posting & Employer Branding – Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract top talent.
🔹 Database Management – Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.
🔹 Market Research – Stay updated on IT hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 0-1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
✅ Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
✅ Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
✅ Ability to handle multiple open positions and work under deadlines.
✅ Strong sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, networking, and referrals.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).

✔ Prior experience in tech hiring IT services companies.
✔ Knowledge of HR tools and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
