Role: Content Strategy Lead

- Ensures all content supports broader organizational objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, patient engagement).

- Develops a cohesive narrative across channels, creating a unified brand voice.

- Building Trust and Authority

- Positions the company as a thought leader by creating content that demonstrates expertise in scientific advancements, compliance, and innovation.

- Enhances credibility through accurate, evidence-based content that adheres to industry regulations.

Targeted Audience Engagement:

- Identifies and addresses the unique needs of different stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, regulators, and investors.

- Creates personalized content strategies for specific demographics or market segments.

Compliance and Ethical Communication:

- Navigates complex regulatory requirements to ensure content is compliant with legal standards (e.g., FDA, EMA).

- Maintains transparency and accuracy, avoiding misleading or unsubstantiated claims.

Optimizing Digital Presence:

Experience: 6+ years

- Bachelor's/ master's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.

- Extensive experience with content creation, strategy building and content marketing.

- Domain experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical devices, Bio Pharma sector.

- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) like Hubspot.

- Working knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM).
