Marketing Manager (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing), content marketing, public relations, and events.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and develop effective marketing strategies.

- Manage the company's social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and social media advertising.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to generate media coverage and build brand visibility.

- Manage the company's website and online presence to ensure a positive user experience and drive traffic.

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics (website traffic, leads generated, conversion rates) and provide regular reports to management.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize campaign ROI.

- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.

- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
